Around the dial

June 30, 2008

Like a lot of people, I can't stand listening to recordings of my own voice (I wonder if there's a name for this syndrome ... Autoaudiophobia?). But on the off chance that anyone out there cares about this kind of thing, the dulcet tones of yours truly have popped up on a few recent radio and podcast interviews:

Word of Mouth (New Hampshire Public Radio) - Virginia Prescott interviewed me last week along with fellow Timesian Matt Richtel on the topic of information overload

Science Times - Another Times colleague, science editor David Corcoran interviewed me a couple of weeks ago in conjunction with my recent article on Paul Otlet

Hearsay Culture (KZSU-FM / Palo Alto) - Radio host and Stanford Law School Fellow Dave Levine interviewed me about my book

Gartner Group - Old friend Whit Andrews interviewed me in conjunction with a talk I gave at Gartner's Portals, Content and Collaboration Summit

Namahn interviews - New friend Johannes Vandermeulen podcasted me when I visited Brussels a couple of months ago

OK, I'm thinking it's about time for me to come up with some less egocentric material to talk about here (then again, can a personal blog really be anything other than egocentric?)
